Orientation and Check-in

The International Student Orientation program is MANDATORY for all first time EKU international students; including transfer and graduate students.

Fall 2017 International Student Orientation Dates:

                August 16, 2017 -  August 19, 2017

Undergraduate students who have not submitted ACT or SAT scores are required to take “Placement Exam" during the Orientation. The Placement Exam will help ensure students are placed in the appropriate classes to begin their EKU studies.

A group immigration check-in will be conducted on the day of International Student Orientation.  If you arrive after normal business hours you should go directly to your designated residence hall.  If you arrived after or missed International Student Orientation then you must individually check-in at the Office of International Student and Scholar Services in the Whitlock Building, Room 455 (4th Floor) during regular business hours (8:00 am -4:30 pm).  Visit the Virtual Tour Map to locate the Whitlock Building.
